Built to save time and reduce complexity, the AI e-mail editor starts with a simple chat, where users describe the campaign’s intent - whether it’s promoting new products, announcing a holiday sale, or offering a special discount. Users can share their initial ideas, tone, or promotional goals, and the Assistant responds by pulling in relevant business data that the user has inputted to their business manager, such as product listings and bookings.  

Once the chat is complete, the user is taken to the editor itself, where a fully generated email draft with all the relevant sections, text, and visuals, is ready to review and refine. The email Assistant remains always available in the editor itself to help users post-generation. Users can ask for design changes, rewrites, or new ideas. The new AI editor introduces powerful design enhancements to streamline email creation and elevate brand consistency:

• Editable email design themes, including AI-generated options based on the  website’s fonts and colors for seamless brand alignment
