Certification qualifications
To qualify for the Studio Web Design League, your Wix Studio portfolio must meet the following criteria. Each month, we review all portfolios and announce the newest certified members.
What we look for
How you qualify
Premium sites
3 or more Wix Studio premium sites
Starting point
At least one Wix Studio premium site started from a blank canvas
Responsive editing
3 Wix Studio premium sites with:
Actively-made adjustments for mobile & tablet
Use of advanced units of measure, including CSS grid.
Creative components
At least 3 Wix Studio premium sites include engaging components such as animations, blend modes, sticky elements, etc
SEO, accessibility & performance
The latest Wix Studio premium sites you built have:
Organised heading structure: Assign the tag that best reflects the function of the heading, and follows the top-to-bottom order. Each page should have a descriptive H1 title (and no more than one H1 per page)
High color contrast ratio score (at least 3:1)
Descriptive alt text for all non decorative images
Optimized site performance using best practices:
*Tip: identify and fix accessibility issues on your client site using the Accessibility Wizard.
Images in JPG format instead of PNG when a transparent background isn't required
Videos preferred over GIFs for animated content
SVG files for shapes, icons and logos to keep things light, sharp and scalable
No more than 4 custom fonts
